This agreement to indemnify and hold harmless the Nederland Heritage Festival Foundation, Inc.; the Nederland Heritage Festival, its Employees and Representatives, and the City of Nederland, and joint acts or other reasons of negligence on the part of the Nederland Heritage Festival Foundation, Inc.; the Nederland Heritage Festival, its Employees and Representatives, and the City of Nederland.
